Lifespan: Evergreen perennial

Origin: South Africa

Height/width: 1'-2' tall, 1'-2' wide.

Culture: Sun- part shade. Well-drained soil. Low water needs, drought tolerant. Let soil dry out before watering again. Heat tolerant. Not cold hardy, can take temps to about 20°F.

Description: Stacked rosette. Bears pups. Green leaves turn orange in full sun, or when under stress. Red flowers that attract hummingbirds, and bees as well. Deer resistant.

Flowering time: Summer

Container, rock, succulent garden. With enough light, can be grown indoors.
